  • We know you’re busy and we don’t want to add to your stress with bookings and cancellations. So with us, you happily don’t have to do either!

Just turn up to your chosen class :-)

No need to let us know if you are or are not attending. Just show up and enjoy all the benefits of moving and strengthening!

  • If you have any particular health concerns or would like a 1 on 1 refresher or intro session, private sessions are available by appointment (limited availability).

Please contact us so we can better understand your needs and let you know what options are available.

  • Group reformer is not offered currently. Private reformer for two person only classes are available but limited availability. Please contact us to discuss, thank you.

  • You will need to bring a mat to group mat classes (we can lend you one if you just want to try us out or if you forget yours). We provide all the equipment (hand weights, resistance bands, rollers, balls, and other props). A bottle of water is recommended.

Happily, you don't need to buy any new clothing to come to class! Wear something comfortable, not too restrictive. For example, a pair of leggings, tracksuit bottoms or exercise shorts and a comfortable fitting top is fine. Bare feet or Pilates/yoga socks with rubber grip soles so you don’t slip around.

If you are wearing shorts, then best to wear close fitting underwear for your own comfort and to ensure no indiscretions. Similarly, a loose fitting top would be better tucked in as we move through a variety of positions.

  • Plenty of parking available at all locations.

  • Bathrooms are available if you need somewhere to change and there are showers at Kohi tennis club.

  • We cater to people of all ages and abilities from the fit and strong to post-op rehab and those recovering from stroke. We do this by understanding exercise science, pain science, the practice of Pilates and the principles of strength-conditioning so that we can tailor each exercise to you.

However, if you have any concerns about your ability to participate or your health, we strongly recommend that you consult with your physician or other healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

You must tell us if you suffer from any medical conditions, take corticosteroids, have osteoporosis or have any concerns about whether you should participate.

Pilates To Be is not a licensed medical care provider and we don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions of any kind.

By participating in class, you accept there is the possibility of physical injury and agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating and assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Pilates To Be and all instructors from any and all claims or causes of action however arising.
