No stress about booking or cancelling in time to avoid charges!  We appreciate that life is busy and unpredictable so we’ve taken the stress away.  You know yourself how beneficial regular and consistent practice is so we trust you to prioritise your attendance and your health and wellbeing.

All ages, genders and abilities are welcome and you will be supported and guided to exercise at a level that meets your goals.

Just turn up to your chosen class with a mat (we have spares you can borrow) and water bottle about 10 mins early and leave the rest to us. Bare feet are fine or wear ‘grip’ socks.

Pilates Classes

Your participation

By taking part in a Pilates class, you understand and agree that you are responsible for your own body and where appropriate have been cleared by your health care professional to attend class (for instance, post-surgery or acute injury or other medical condition).  You also agree not to perform any exercises or movements that cause you pain and by attending a class you confirm that you are fit and able to take part. It is your responsibility to let the instructor know before the class if anything affects your ability to exercise that day. Your participation and movement choices are entirely voluntary and we will guide you to make good decisions in each exercise. Please see FAQs for more information including ‘How fit do I need to be?’.
