Since going to Saul’s Pilates classes I am more flexible and feel stronger physically and psychologically. Monday nights are fun and I look forward to a bit of banter with the other men there. I’ve always suffered from pain in my lower back and I think Pilates has been very beneficial.

Group mat Pilates  

Come and join one of our group mat classes in Kohimarama and Mission Bay/Orakei, check out the timetable and choose the class that suits you!

Private and small group reformer classes commencing around August 2024 for those looking for:

  • a more personalised program and setting

  • tailored rehab for recovery from chronic pain or
    acute injury

  • structured rehab post musculoskeletal or arthroplasty surgery (including post joint replacement)

Saul is a great motivator and teacher. Don't be fooled by his sense of humour and easy going nature - he delivers a well prepared and thought out class that targets all areas of the body and he makes you WORK! It's great to feel so invigorated and alive at the end of each class on a Saturday morning. Highly recommend!
